Are You a Member of the Power of 100 Groups in Ellsworth, Prescott, or St. Croix Valley?

If you have been following our Among Friends blog for a while, you know that our program has a profound impact on families experiencing dementia in Pierce and St. Croix counties.

While daily fees cover some of our expenses, we depend on grants and individual donations for a large proportion of our operating costs. The need for our program continues to grow, but granting institutions are being overwhelmed with requests right now due to state and federal cuts for social services. Consequently, we are very worried that Among Friends will not be able to continue offering our services if we do not find grants to support our work.

Among Friends would like to apply for a grant from a local Power of 100 group. But in order to do so, we must be recommended by a member of the group. If you are a member of a Power of 100 group in St. Croix Valley (Hudson), Ellsworth, or Prescott, would you be willing to put our group forward? We can help with the application if you will be willing to recommend us.
